Our mission is to empower seekers on their healing journey by providing exceptional NetworkSpinal care .
Through neuro-structural optimization, Somato-Respiratory Integration, and community-centered workshops, we guide individuals toward extraordinary health, adaptability, and evolution.
Dr. Stacy knew her life was about to drastically change the moment she heard about NetworkSpinal. At a critical moment in her own healing journey, she chose to dive into what she had discovered as her own saving grace: healing from within.
Using the subtle knowing of her body’s cues, she experienced a complete & instantaneous healing from a complex chronic pain disease that had puzzled doctors and debilitated her from the fullness of life for many years.
From this, she learned that being connected to one’s body, the rhythm of life, and responding to the body’s intelligence was the medicine she needed most to heal herself. She was able to trade in numerous medications and pending surgeries for freedom and health.
She now focuses her love for life on facilitating the journey for more seekers to shift their own pain into life transformation.
In addition to having a background and Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, she graduated in 2018 from Life Chiropractic College West with a Doctorate in Chiropractic, and has completed extensive postgraduate training in NetworkSpinal.
She was proudly born and raised in Sonora, Texas.

After years of exploring the West Coast, Rocky Mountains, high desert, and even parts of Europe, Dr. Stacy realized that nowhere felt like “home” like Texas.
Her decision to return to San Antonio is about a return to,
and celebration of,
her family, culture, and community.
Emerge is more than a wellness boutique. These walls and everyone who comes here are seen, held, and supported by the hands of a local family.
